Assignment of Nanao-Shika Wind Farm LLC and change in representative members of LLC

Mitsubishi Corporation Energy Solutions Ltd. received assignment from AR Wind Power Development Co., Ltd. of Nanao-Shika Wind Farm LLC, the operating company for the Nanao-Shika Wind Power Project (tentative name) currently being planned for the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture.
We also give notice here that, on July 1, 2022, the representative members of the Nanao-Shika Wind Farm LLC were changed from Mitsubishi Corporation Energy Solutions Ltd. to Mitsubishi Corporation Clean Energy Ltd. due to reorganization of our company. Please see the attachment for details on our corporate reorganization.
